How It Works
We offer a fully customized 2 to 2.5-year program focused on the specific tasks you require for independence. From hand-selecting your dog to mastering skills like opening doors, we partner with you every step of the way.
Our program starts with a consultation to understand your specific needs and daily challenges. From there, we develop a personalized training plan that covers the task work most important to you. Whether you already have a dog or need help selecting the right candidate, we guide you through every step of the process.
Task Work We Train
Service dogs can be trained to perform a wide range of tasks tailored to your individual needs, including:
- Opening and closing doors
- Picking up dropped objects
- Retrieving items (medication, phone, keys)
- Light switch operation
- Mobility and balance support
- Alert tasks
- Full public access behavior and etiquette
- And more — we train to your specific needs
